The ongoing Covid-19 lockdowns have resulted in many Australians stacking on the kilos, and reality TV stars are no exception.
For Married At First Sight bride Jessika Power, her weight gain started after her split from an ex-boyfriend earlier this year.
But things became worse when she started filming Big Brother VIP a few weeks ago, which completely changed her usually healthy diet.

'I eat a really lean diet of proteins and salads and vegetables, and we didn't really get a lot of that [in the Big Brother house],' she said.
The 28-year-old entered hotel quarantine after leaving the Sydney compound, and found herself eating a lot of snacks and chocolate.
Despite gaining weight, Jessika said this week she's 'healthier and happier' than ever.
'Like, obviously I know I'm not plus size,' she revealed in a video on Instagram.
'But yeah, obviously I've had a weight change, which is good... because your girl is thick now!' she added, bursting into laughter.

She also said her breasts were 'massive' now and her face had puffed up from water retention.
