Olly Murs received praise from a mother for pausing his show after her daughter suffered an epileptic seizure while in attendance on Sunday.
The singer, 37, ensured 14-year-old Abbie was stable as she was guided to the First Aid Tent at Colchester Castle Park with her mother Mel.
Epilepsy affects the brain and causes frequent seizures. A Seizure is electrical activity in the brain which affects how it functions.

Mel told Metro.co.uk: 'Olly finished the song he was singing and then said something asking if she was okay and if he was okay to carry on to which he got a thumbs up from the paramedic.
'They got her a chair and moved her towards the stage through the barrier. At this point Olly came down off the stage, came over to my daughter and asked her if she was okay, told her not to cry, asked her if she had had a nice time, and thanked her for coming.'
Olly told Abbie that she hopes she will be okay, and held her hands until she got help.

Thankful: Mel also took to Twitter to express her gratitude to Olly. She wrote: '@ollymurs thank you for coming down off the stage to talk to my daughter she had a seizure tonight. You really are so kind and you made her night xx'
