New-Zealand property developer Chris Meehan has made a spectacular return to the Sydney market after 15 years.
According to Domain.com.au, Meehan, the former head of Belle Property and was once Princess Mary's boss, purchased the exquisite Palm Beach trophy home Gaelforce for $18.7 million.
He bought the Spanish mission-style property from jet setters Francesco and Gayle Boglione, who own England's Petersham Nurseries Cafe.

Gaelforce is considered one of Palm Beach's most prized homes and features picturesque Pittwater views, a swimming pool, jetty and slipway.
The Boglione siblings gave Gaelforce's entrance a redesign after they purchased the home off socialite Amanda Nankervis for almost $5.5 million back in 2006.
They listed the home in early March for $19.5m before it was bought by Meehan.
