English-born former South Sydney Rabbitohs player Luke Burgess has sold his home in Chifley for $300,000 over the asking price.
The four-bedroom property, which is a stone's throw away from coastal walks and pristine beaches, had been listed with a price guide of $2.1million early last month.
But the 34-year-old sportsman was able to secure a $2.42million sale at auction, reports realestate.com.au.
