Jennifer Hudson won a Daytime Emmy on Thursday putting her one award away from achieving elite EGOT status.

The 39-year-old entertainer won a Daytime Emmy for her role as an executive producer of the VR animated film Baby Yaga, according to an article by Variety.

Baby Yaga by Baobab Studios was made for Oculus Quest and won in the Interactive Media for a Daytime Program category.

Jennifer also starred in Baby Yaga along with Glenn Close, Kate Winslet and Daisy Ridley who all voiced characters in the animated film.

The Chicago native only needs a Tony Award to reach EGOT status reserved for winners of an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award.

Jennifer won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in the 2006 film Dreamgirls.

She also has won two Grammys for Best R&B Album and Best Musical Theater Album.
