Chief Instructor Ant Middleton took a no prisoners approach on Monday's premiere episode of SAS Australia.

Moments before climbing the ladder attached to a helicopter, Alicia revealed in a piece to camera how she uses ego to her advantage.
'I've seen a lot of egos in sport, particularly international sport. I think sometimes having a bit of an ego can help someone... it fuels the desire really,' she said.
