The 42-year-old reality star was spotted heading into The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New York City on Monday afternoon with Barker.
While Kim, Kendall and Kris are regular staples at the annual gala, Kourtney and her sister Khloe have never attended the annual bash.

She also donned brown sunglasses with black wide-legged pants and black boots as she headed into the hotel.
She completed her look with a small black handbag as she walked into the hotel with Barker.
