The non-binary actor, 36, who uses the pronouns they/them, recalled the terrifying incident on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Wednesday. Hugh explained they were walking down Anne Street in Brisbane, where they were shooting a new film. [But he] was dressed well with a suit and briefcase,' Hugh explained. 'I went over and said, "You shouldn't sit like that because you might hurt yourself," and he said, "I was kind of hoping I would," and [it] turns out he was waiting for a truck.' Hugh said they had to think on their feet by coaxing the man to a nearby pub where the pair sat drinking for a few hours.
