Fredrik Eklund and Josh Altman teamed up to co-list a Beverly Park house with a listing price of $28.5 million on Thursday's episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
The season 13 episode titled 'Orange You Glad It's a Co-List?' opened with Fredrik, 44, at a listing appointment with seller's representative Yuri in the exclusive neighborhood.
'I may not know every gated community all over California, but I do know Beverly Park. I mean, I have clients from New York who've been looking in Beverly Park. I mean, they want the privacy, the security. These are $20 million, $30 million, $40 million, $50 million, $100 million houses, only for billionaires and big celebrities,' Fredrik said in a confessional.

'I mean, if I get this listing, this would be humungous for my career,' added Fredrik who expanded his business from New York to include the Los Angeles market.
Yuri gave Fredrik a tour of the 13,500 square foot home that included a kitchen with a bright custom orange island that gave the episode its title.
'It's a nice kitchen. I like the layout. But it's a little specific,' Fredrik said.
'Everybody loves orange. Everybody likes oranges and everything orange-related, according to my observation,' Yuri said.
