Kaley Cuoco's estranged husband Karl Cook has listed 'TBD' as the date of their separation in their ongoing split, short for 'to be determined.'
Cook, a 30-year-old equestrian, requested in court docs that 'miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects' be returned, E! News reported Thursday but did not ask for spousal support.
Cook has also requested the court for the 'earnings and accumulations' in his name ahead of the pair's June 2018 wedding until after their split September 3, when they publicly revealed their breakup following three years of marriage.
