And now Erin Holland, 32, is opening up her Brisbane investment property to new tenants, reports Realestate.com.au.
The Former Miss World Australia's Brisbane abode is available for lease for $625 a week.

It contains multiple living spaces, a laundry, separate toilet, extensive storage space and parking for up to four vehicles with automated gated entry.
Erin also had the house newly repainted and recarpeted before putting it up for rent.
