The annual Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS was held at West Hollywood Park on Friday evening, marking the fundraising gala's 30th anniversary.

The night also served to honor activist and actor Billy Porter, who bravely revealed in May of this year that he is HIV-positive, and his contributions to art and the fight to end the stigma around the illness.

Leading the event's red carpet was Paris Jackson, who stunned in a nude crochet gown with an asymmetrical hem.

The 23-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson her lightened wavy hair flow out from a brown braided headband, while strutting down the carpet in a pair of beige sandals.

Porter dazzled in a dramatically ruffled blazer and matching floor-length skirt.

The 51-year-old Pose star's unique garment boasted light and pink ruffled that amplified his frame.

Porter is being recognized alongside 'previously announced honorees Dr. Anthony Fauci, amFAR and Sandra Thurman' who will each receive the Elizabeth Taylor Commitment to End AIDS award, as per Variety.

According to the official website, this year's Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS included 'a seated dinner for 350 guests, an exciting live auction in partnership with Christie’s featuring unique works of art and luxury experiences with Lydia Fenet serving as auctioneer, and a live performance.'

Adhering to COVID-19 safety guidelines the gala was 'designed as a covered, open-air event for the safety of our guests.'

The description continued: 'Those in attendance will also be given a first-time up-close look at exclusive items from The Elizabeth Taylor Archive including highlights from Elizabeth Taylor’s personal life, film career, and humanitarian legacy.
