The sister of NBA star Ben Simmons has been ordered to pay their half-brother Sean Tribe $550,000.
Olivia Simmons, 29, was sued by Mr Tribe in April after she tweeted a series of false allegations that he had molested her as a child.
The amount was awarded to Mr Tribe last week, following his default win back in August after Simmons repeatedly failed to show up to court to defend her claims.

Ms Simmons is also permanently restrained from publishing any information claiming she was sexually molested by Tribe, 35.
Mr Tribe, who manages half-brother Ben's lucrative basketball career, has no intention of making his half-sister pay the damages, the court was told.
Appearing remotely at the proceedings, Mr Tribe gave evidence that Olivia's defamatory tweets occurred just days after he received a new car for his birthday from the Philadelphia 76ers star.

The determination comes after an undated TikTok video emerged last month, in which Ms Simmons claimed she was abused in a child sex ring.
'I have come here today because the country of Australia is sex-trafficking children – and I am a victim of that sex-trafficking ring,' she told her followers, according to The Australian.
'I have recently started having flashbacks and nobody believed me. Everyone keeps hating me like I'm f**king crazy, and I know I'm not crazy.
