Gogglebox Australia star Isabelle Silbery has revealed she was recently diagnosed with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
The 34-year-old answered questions about her diagnosis on Instagram, after finally seeking help when her condition became 'unbearable' for her loved ones.
PMDD is considered a more serious form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and it affected Isabelle's physical and mental wellbeing.

'It's PMS on steroids... I suffer severe symptoms in the lead-up to my period and then I'm totally back to normal,' Isabelle wrote.
The reality TV star was initially prescribed the antidepressant Lexapro but will soon be changing to Prozac.
In addition to mental health symptoms, the Melburnian has also put on 10 kilograms as a result of her PMDD.
