SAS Australia's chief instructor Ant Middleton may tell you that he's not one to hold a grudge.
He may even have you believe that he doesn't play favourites.
Ask Alicia Molik her view and she'd say he's lying on both counts - and she possibly has a strong case, if her experience with Middleton is anything to judge by.

On Monday's episode of SAS Australia, Molik left the show after a brutal boxing match with Jana Pittman that left one celebrity recruit 'absolutely sickened'.
'Alicia got beaten to a pulp and Ant, you could tell, enjoyed every moment of it,' said the recruit.
'It was strange as it seemed personal which makes no sense given Ant is so impersonal.
'Maybe he couldn't get what Alicia did on the helicopter during that first exercise. Who knows what is going inside his head. I'd say it'd be a fairly scary place to be most days,' they added.

The recruit said the boxing matches - which gained notoriety last year after Candice Warner's one-sided demolition of Roxy Jacenko - were a chance for all the recruits to show what they were made of.
