Following the passing of her beloved grandmother at the age of 96, Jasmine Stefanovic (née Yarbrough) and her sister Jade have both shared touching tributes.
The designer and wife of Today show co-host Karl Stefanovic posted her tribute to Instagram on Tuesday after she was spotted attending the funeral last Friday.
Jasmine, 37, posted two photos of herself and her grandmother together in the tribute - one where she's a child and a more recent picture - along with a poem titled 'Nana's Love' by Sunburnt Poet Leanne Laydon.

'The days may dance too swiftly as your Quickstep becomes a Walt, but your voice still sings with angels Sunday mornings, when it matters most,' it begins.
'Take your afternoon tea and chocolate and come down memory lane, hold my hand on Burleigh beach where my childhood days remain.'
The lovely words then change from memories to values that have been ingrained.
'With the softest touch of Nana's love guiding as I've grown, you shone brighter than any star in a class, all on your own. I learnt the art of being a lady. The value of grace, and being kind.'
