The stars were out in force on Tuesday for the Ivor Novello Awards at London's Grosvenor House.

Leading the way with a flourish of nostalgia were All Saints stars Shaznay Lewis, 45, and Melanie Blatt, 46, who both looked stunning in suits, while Emeli Sandé, 34, dazzled in a graphic print dress.

The Nineties hitmakers looked stunning in a duo of suits, with Shaznay going for a black number with sequinned lapels and Melanie dazzling in green, while the Clown hitmaker looked chic in earthy tones.

Shaznay and Melanie are half of All Saints, the hit Nineties girl group who took the world by storm from 1993 to 2001, before reuniting from 2006 to 2008 and again getting together in 2013 to the current day.

Away from the red carpet, Harry Styles and songwriter Kid Harpoon gained the most nominations at this year's awards. Singer Harry, 27, and his writing partner Kid Harpoon, who has written songs alongside artists such as James Bay and Florence Welch, secured three nods in two categories.

The nominated songs are Watermelon Sugar, which has already a Grammy and Brit awarded song, and Adore You off Harry's 2019 album Fine Line.

The duo are also up for Songwriter Of The Year but will have to fight off some stiff competition if they want to walk away with the trophy as AJ Tracey, Celeste and Jamie Hartman, Kamille and MNEK have also been nominated in the same category.

Another category which may be challenging is the PRs for Music Most Performed Work - in which Harry's two songs have received nominations.

Lewis Capaldi also has two songs in the category, his 'Before You Go' and 'Someone You Loved' while Joel Corry feat. MNEK's 'Head & Heart' will also be in the running.

The Best Album accolade is up grabs by Fontaines D.C's 'A Hero's Death', Lianne La Havas's titular album, Pa Salieu's 'Send Them To Coventry'
