Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have been married for 25 years.
And on Monday's episode of Live! With Kelly and Ryan, the 50-year-old talk show host and Mark, 50, shared some secrets to their long-lasting union while discussing the characters' tumultuous relationship in HBO's drama miniseries Scenes From A Marriage.
'I was like, none of this would ever be happening in the Mark Consuelos household, because he would have nipped all of this in the bud immediately,' Ripa said on the episode in which her spouse joined her as co-host in place of Ryan Seacrest.

Kelly went on to say, 'He would have been like, "Oh, you're upset? I know how to take care of that. Oh, you don't feel good about something? I'll take care of that."'
She added, 'Oh, you're feeling like maybe you're overworked? I got you. I know what you need.'
The Hope & Faith star was specifically referencing events that transpired in the second episode of the show which stars Jessica Chastain and Oscar Isaac as a couple whose marriage is falling apart.
