Kim Zolciak reflected on the stroke she suffered six years ago Thursday, and said she still deals with side effects of the medical incident.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 43, posted a shot of herself and her husband Kroy Biermann, 36, from when she was hospitalized and treated amid the 2015 incident.
'Six [years] ago today I had a stroke,' she wrote. 'I’ll never forget how I felt. I think about it almost daily still to this day. I take blood thinner daily & probably always will!'

The Don't Be Tardy star referenced her current heath, some six years after the traumatic incident.
'I have no physical limitations but at times I can’t find the "right" word, or I completely lose my train of thought,' she said. 'Thank God my hubby finishes my sentences.'
