Kelly Clarkson has been officially declared 'legally single' in her bitter divorce battle with ex Brandon Blackstock.
According to the court documents obtained by UsWeekly a judge signed off on the former couple's single status last month.
The docs also state that their 'marital or domestic partnership status' will end on January 7, 2022.

Last month, it was reported that a judge had upheld the original prenuptial agreement in their marriage, meaning Clarkson's $45million fortune would be protected.
In July, Clarkson had been temporarily ordered to pay Blackstock nearly $200k-per-month in spousal and child support.
A report also revealed details into Clarkson's finances, showing that she personally earns $1,583,617 a month.

Clarkson, 39, filed for divorce from Blackstock, 44, in June last year citing 'irreconcilable differences,' which sparked a battle over money, custody, and property.
