The 50-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star - who was seen dressed in all-black workout gear - has so far stayed silent on the recent accusations.
Giardi, 82, who once had an estimated fortune valued at $264million, was recently seen leaving a lunch at an upscale restaurant in Los Angeles with some friends when he was asked if Jayne knew about the situation.
