Filming for the seventh series of Grantchester continued on set in the town near Cambridge on this weekend.

And fan favourite Tom Brittney, 30, was spotted as Reverend Will Davenport alongside guest star Charlotte Ritchie, 32, as they milled with production staff.

Tom could be seen in costume wearing a white cassock while Call The Midwife star Charlotte looked casual in a brown jacket which was teamed with an orange top and blue jeans.

The pair could be seen filming outside a beautiful white painted home with colourful flowers cascading down to the front.

Charlotte exited the front wooden gate and hopped into the driver's seat of a black cab before peering out the window.

The pair were seen chatting with production staff and Tom beamed as he showed something to Charlotte on his black tablet.
