Rebecca Judd took a trip down memory lane on Tuesday as she celebrated her twin boys Tom and Darcy's upcoming fifth birthday.
The AFL WAG posted a never-before-seen photo she took of her huge baby bump while pregnant with her sons just moments before she went into labour, and described carrying the twins as the 'hardest thing she has ever done'.
In the image, Bec, now 38, posed side on in a crop top and leggings to show just how large her belly was.

She recalled how difficult her pregnancy was in the third trimester, admitting she cried every day from the 33-week mark right up until she gave birth.
She said by the end of her pregnancy she could barely eat, breathe and move, and even suffered scary heart palpitations.
'Fark, growing twins if the hardest thing I have ever done,' she wrote in the caption.
I could barely move by the end, cried every day from 33 weeks (I am not a crier), had to carry my belly when I waddled, couldn't breathe, couldn't eat, couldn't stand up from sitting, couldn't pick anything up from the ground, couldn't steer properly when I was driving, couldn't go to the toilet normally and had constant heart palpitations.'
