Jana Kramer revealed she was a victim of emotional and physical abuse in past relationships to her two million Instagram followers on Monday.
While coming forward about the 'negative voices' in her head after having multiple abusive partners, the 37-year-old One Tree Hill alum shared photos of herself holding a sign that read: 'I'm not broken, I AM enough.'
'I’ve been mentally physically and emotionally abused in past relationships. I allowed certain behaviors to continue on because I actually believed the negative voices in my head that were spoken to me,' she captioned a slideshow on her social media.

The mom-of-two went on to list some of the toxic messages received from her exes, including: 'No one will want you', 'I’m going to kill you', 'I barely pushed you, don’t be so dramatic' and 'If you wore something sexier I would sleep with you.'
'All the words, and abuse equaled, I’m not enough. And I’m not worthy of love. For years I’ve repeated patterns, fallen into the trap of believing those voices, hurting myself and hurting others because of my desire to be chosen, to be enough,' she explained.
Speaking of her history, she noted that she fell 'for the same abuse in a relationship because' she thought it was what she deserved.

'My healing…your healing…our healing is to stop those negative voices. Now is the time to grow, learn, HEAL, and love ourselves,' she concluded. 'We are enough. You are enough. I am enough.'
Her post comes just two months after finalizing her divorce from Mike Caussin, who cheated on her with multiple women during their nearly six-year marriage.
In July, she announced the news in a lengthy caption that getting the 'final call' brought 'tears' to her eyes and that she felt 'all the feels.'

After externally processing thoughts of 'failure,' amid the marriage's end, the actress said: 'It's just the beginning of my story.'
