The Slow Rush Australasian tour from Perth psych-rock group Tame Impala has been rescheduled for a third time.

The band are currently touring North America and were planning to play in New Zealand and throughout Australia in late October, reports PerthNow.

But frontman Kevin Parker announced the seven-day run would now be pushed back to October 2022 due to Covid restrictions and lockdowns.

Tame Impala were originally scheduled to play at Perth's RAC Arena in April 2020.

That date was pushed back to December 2020 then October 2021 as the pandemic continued.
