Irena Srbinovska has spoken candidly about the emotional toll fame took on her life after winning The Bachelor last year.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph on Monday, the former nurse, 32, said she struggled to cope with being thrust into the spotlight, and was left in tears on a daily basis.
'I got really burnt out last year… I was overwhelmed,' she explained.

'Every day I'd sit in the car park and just cry, and I'd struggle to get myself out of the car to get to work.'
Now, after spending the past year enjoying a glamorous career as an Instagram influencer, Irena says she's finally ready to get back to work as a nurse.
Last month she told fans that over the past decade she has had worked several different roles at Geelong Hospital, and was looking forward to putting on her scrubs again.
