The 40-year-old actor showcased his impressive physique in a pair of tiny pink swim shorts as he went shirtless while enjoying some fun in the sun in Palm Springs, California on Sunday.
The eye-popping display came just a week after the Heels actor called out body shamers in the comment section of his Instagram who criticized him for not having the same build as when he starred as Oliver Queen AKA the Green Arrow in CW series Arrow from 2012 to 2020.

The actor posted a shirtless snap last weekend and received comments including 'What happened to the Arrow body?' and 'where is Oliver Queen's physique?'
Amell did not take too kindly to the criticisms as he responded with a 'public service announcement' on Facebook which began: 'I'm 6'1 inches tall and 208 lbs. I'm in tremendous shape and I'm strong as s***. I'm a 24 hour juice cleanse away from blowing the season 1 poster for Arrow out of the water.
'We did the photography for that poster a little over 9 years ago.'
The Canadian actor didn't stop there as he said he is going to take extra precautions when he posts his next thirst trap as he wrote: 'next time I post a photo in my hot pink skivvies, I'll try and remember to flex!'

Amell is no stranger to controversy as he got kicked off of Delta Airlines flight over an argument with his wife Cassandra Jean back in June.
At the time he addressed the incident on Twitter, insisting he wasn't 'forcibly removed' and trying to downplay the reporting of the incident by adding in another tweet, 'Must be a slow news cycle.'
However two months later in August, the actor opened up about the incident on the Inside of You podcast with actor Michael Rosenbaum, where he spoke about trying to make amends.
'Ultimately, very ashamed of it, trying to make amends for it, specifically with my wife,' Amell said.
