DWTS: Sharna Burgess denies showmance rumours with Brian Austin Green

Dancing with the Stars pro Sharna Burgess has denied rumours her relationship with boyfriend Brian Austin Green is a 'showmance'.

The dancer, 36, reassured fans on Monday that while the couple are paired together on the ABC show, she's genuinely in love with the Beverly Hills, 90210 actor.

She captioned a gallery of on-set photos: 'For those that say we kiss too much, here's a full [butt] grab instead. But for real, we kissed once in the first show, that's it.'

'This isn't a showmance, this is real life love and it's a part of our journey. Every step. Every struggle. Every success. And anyone that thinks it's an advantage I can assure you, it's not. It's super hard!' she added.

The Aussie beauty also admitted she and Brian, 48, have had their ups and downs during the competition. 

'We both wanted to push harder this week because we really want those scores to keep us in the competition, but in the process we had a few moments of feeling hyper sensitive toward each other and struggled to find a happy, positive work flow,' she said. 

'Coaching your boyfriend is hard, and having your girlfriend be the one to tell you all the s**t you're doing wrong is also hard. 

'I am still trying to find balance between how much I love him and how much I love to create and coach for perfection on this show.' 

Sharna concluded her post by saying how 'grateful' she is to have Brian in her life.

This is not the first time Sharna has been forced to respond to online critics.
