This sighting comes just days after their daughter Rani Rose turned three.
Hudson shared a video to Instagram where she was cuddling with the child in bed. Rani had on a light pink dress and a foam tiara.
'Our little Rani Rose is 3 today. Her birth was as beautiful as the days that have followed. What a gift to our family. Happy Birthday baby girl!!!' she wrote in her caption.
This comes after Hudson said she has not 'wrapped her head around' wedding planning yet.
