And the conservationist, 23, went for a sunset stroll with her little girl on Wednesday as they explored the grounds of Australia Zoo, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
She shared a photo to Instagram, taken by her husband Chandler Powell, which showed her carrying Grace in a baby carrier.
