Carey Hart showed his more than one million Instagram followers a couple of X-rays from his neck this Saturday.
The 46-year-old motorcycle racer, who is married to Pink, successfully had a disc surgically replaced in his neck two days prior.
'Here is a look at the hardware put in my body. It’s the M6 disc that they used in my replacement,' he explained in the caption of his X-ray album.

'With the disc swap in my back it drastically helped on my scoliosis and position of my hips. The hardware you see in the bottom of my spine is my fusion from 2014 that is holding up great!!! Same w/ my neck. Dr. Bray said that it did wonders for my head/pelvis alignment,' he added.
Earlier that day he had posted a selfie video in which he could be seen enjoying a sunlit stroll after being discharged from the hospital Friday.
'Two days post-op, got home late last night, feeling good, getting some range in my neck, out for my morning – doing about a mile and a quarter this morning,' he said.
Carey explained that he was 'Feeling good,' and was accompanied by one of his dogs during his walk. 'All’s good!' he added.

He made sure to express his gratitude to his well-wishers as well as to his doctor for 'for literally bolting me back together and ready to start kicking some butt.
A day earlier he had updated his fans by posting a video of himself sat in a hospital bed while wearing a gown. His neck had tubes coming out of the right side, and he had a bandage over the front right part of it.
