Mark Wright has shared a candid Instagram post to mark World Mental Health Day, as he warned his fans that he is 'not as happy as he seems on social media,' 

The TV personality, 34, who admitted he has 'had his moments' battling with mental health, but has since learned to 'speak to someone' if he's struggling. 

'Nice Sunday stroll through the village on WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY,' he penned alongside a snap of himself donning a khaki hoodie and black military trousers.

The former TOWIE star continued, 'Since starting Train Wright, without a doubt the best thing about it is hearing that we've helped someone's mental health. A lady last night told me exactly that and honestly, it gets me every time.'

Mark launched his Train Wright fitness company alongside brother Josh back in January, in a venture which sees the pair lead a series of pre-recorded workout sessions, as well as meal plans and nutritional advice.

He continued, 'Cause let's face it, we ALL feel down from time to time and it feels like such a privilege to be helping people in whatever small way I am.

'I think sometimes we assume that everyone we see on Instagram is as happy as their pictures look… and it just isn't true.

'Don't always believe what you see on social media - we all have our moments, myself included. It's the main reason I train and was the driving factor to start Train Wright.
