Westfield heiress Monica Saunders-Weinberg has grown her extensive property portfolio after purchasing a North Bondi duplex for $8.6 million.
It's the third North Bondi property recently bought by the daughter of Westfield co-founder John Saunders, taking her total property value on Hastings road alone to $23 million in the previous 12 months, according to Domain.com.au.
The billionaire philanthropist spent $8.6 million, which is more than double the amount the 124 Hastings Road duplex was sold for last year at $4.05 million.
