High-profile interior designer Chloe Matters has made a huge profit after selling her Bondi semi that she purchased for $2.7million just two years ago.
The 30 Denham Street home sold for an astonishing $6.225million, which is a new record price for a semi in the Bondi area and more than double what Ms Matters paid for it in October 2019.
The Double Bay business owner originally thought she would get between $4million and $5million for the home, and was gobsmacked by the eventual sale price.
