After recently lamenting that she was in the poor house, Erika Jayne could be positioned for a major payday if she signs on to do another season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

It was reported this week that Jayne took home a $600K salary for season 11 but sources say that since next season would focus on her current embezzlement scandal, she will score a hefty raise, according to Us Weekly

Meanwhile, it seems that producers are literally and figuratively banking on Jayne's pretty mess of a life for ratings and pushing production on season 12 ahead of schedule to hopefully have cameras rolling as she deals with her scandal.

'It's going to be much more next season,' an insider said, adding that there is 'no question' that Erika would use her situation to 'demand a higher paycheck' if she continues on the show.

'The ratings were off the charts because of her story line and what she's exposed,' the source revealed. 'What she's dealing with [regarding] Tom [Girardi] and the court is not over yet so you can only imagine what next season is going to bring.'

While she hasn't officially signed on for another season, her payday could be getting close to 7 figures if she negotiates smartly.

It was reported by The New York Times on Tuesday that the 50-year-old reality star is making $600,000 for season 11.

The outlet added that it is typical for Housewives to get a raise each year to return so her base would already be going up before she added the ratings draw of her embezzlement scandal and divorce.

Production on season 12 is reportedly being pushed ahead due to Erika's downfall which is ripe for reality TV drama.

Typically the cast gets a longer break in between shooting seasons but TMZ reported that the gap has been shortened by months allegedly so producers can roll on as much as possible of Jayne's ongoing legal drama.

Her estranged husband Tom Girardi, 82, has been accused of embezzling millions of dollars meant for the 2018 Boeing plane crash victims, and as a result, both have had to give up their lavish lifestyles.

Jayne once famously employed $40K-a-month glam quad to keep her looking like a pop star, but that has all gone now that she's been asked to pay back an alleged $25million loan from her ex Girardi.

As well as saying she has 'zero dollars' to her name, Jayne, on a recent episode, branded broke life 'f***ing bulls***t' while guzzling champagne on a luxury vacation to a vineyard.

Meanwhile, UsWeekly reported Tuesday that TV network Bravo has
