And Britney Spears went topless once again in a racy Instagram post dedicated to any naysayers with critiques about her figure.

The 39-year-old entertainer went on to post an awkward dancing routine with a solemn chair in the background just weeks after a big legal victory where her father, Jamie Spears, was suspended from the court-ordered conservatorship he's been at the helm for 13 years. 

Britney proudly cupped her breasts while standing in what appeared to be the backyard of her home in the affluent Lake Sherwood area of Westlake Village.

She only wore a pair of white distressed denim shirts folded down below her hips for the photo shared to her 34 million followers.

'What is it with consultations for body improvements ???? Is it me or is anybody else offended by these experiences,' she wrote. 

'Maybe I’m extremely sensitive … either way I would rather fall off a cliff than have a doctor tell me what he thinks is wrong with my body image … lesson learned!!!! Psss kiss my white a***!!!!!'

After sharing the shirtless snap, the Toxic singer was back to her routines as she performed a solo number in the studio.

The Crossroads star rocked a vibrant red crop top with her trusty athletic black shorts rolled up to dance. 

'This one is for all the beautiful readers,' she wrote. 'READ ME !!! Chair girl ??? Go ahead … READ ME A***OLES!!!!' 

Spears admitted she is 'thinking of releasing a book' and asked fans for help with a title, years after penning a young adult novel A Mother's Gift, released in 2001 with her mom Lynn.
