The rapper Tyga is still planning on performing at the Rolling Loud Festival in December despite his recent legal trouble over domestic violence allegations.

Sources with knowledge of the festival's lineup told TMZ on Friday that Rolling Loud wouldn't be dropping the 31-year-old rapper, despite the controversy that will come from having an accused abuser on stage.

The former boyfriend of Kylie Jenner was arrested Tuesday morning after turning himself in to the Los Angeles Police Department, the outlet first reported.

Tyga is currently listed on Rolling Loud's lineup as performing on Saturday, December 11, for its three-day festival being held in San Bernardino, California.

The rapper's ability to avoid cancellation for alleged domestic violence is something of a surprise, as other music festivals have been quick to remove tainted acts in recent months.

In July, DaBaby set off a controversy over homophobic remarks he made on stage at Rolling Loud's Miami edition.

He was swiftly booted from other summer festival lineups following the controversy, which he amped up by issuing a half-hearted apology, before taking it back.

Tyga was also back to performing on Thursday night, just days after his arrest.

Sources tell TMZ that the Rack City rapper 'felt he had an obligation' to perform at the nightclub in Southern California's Orange County.

The domestic violence charges didn't seem to have kept away his friends and family, who reportedly joined him at the club for support.

The sources also say that Tyga isn't planning on keeping his head low amid his current legal troubles, and he'll still be showing up at any venue that will have him.

On Tuesday, DailyMail.com confirmed that the musician had been arrested for 'felony domestic violence' after voluntarily turning himself in.

TMZ first reported that the Grammy-nominated rapper had turned himself in to face charges from his now ex-girlfriend Camaryn Swanson.

His rep, Jack Ketsoyan of EMCBOWERY, told DailyMail.com in a statement: 'The allegations you have been reading about our client the past few days are false and will be disproven.'
