Last year, Elizabeth Sobinoff debuted her new body after losing 10kg.

And on Friday, the Married At First Sight bride flaunted her taut figure in a baby pink bustier.

'The feeling when you finally experience the air fryer… It’s pretty cool,' she cryptically captioned the post.

In what appeared to be a backyard photoshoot, Lizzie teamed her look with a pair of black jeans. 

Meanwhile, her voluminous brunette mane was out in full force as it lay on her shoulders.  

She donned a full face of makeup, with extra emphasis on her darkly drawn in brows and plump pink lips.

The Newcastle local also accessorised her outfit with a pair of yellow shades reminiscent of the 1970s. 

In the second photo she is looking straight into the camera, while a third shows off her svelte waist as she poses from afar.

Last year, Elizabeth told WHO magazine that she follows the popular 5:2 diet, which can improve one's metabolism and result in weight loss.

The 5:2 approach involves eating 25 per cent of the recommended calorie intake on two scheduled fasting days and eating normally for the other five days that week. 

In addition, Elizabeth said she works out several times a week to reduce stress. 

While exercise burns fat and builds muscle, the added effect of reducing stress results in lower levels of cortisol - a hormone that stimulates your appetite.
