Social media has erupted over a controversial challenge on SAS Australia Hell Week.
On Monday's premiere episode of the military-style reality show, there were bloody and brutal scenes as the recruits were pitted against one another in the boxing ring.
Many on social media found the challenge 'hard to watch' as youth worker Bec Mitchell, 33, volunteered to fight surfer Mitch Fuller, 22.
