She sang a duet with lead singer Chris Martin which marked the first time the band have performed their new song.
Music Of The Spheres was released last week by the British band.
Selena's last solo album Rare was released last year and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.

Meanwhile, Kate Beckinsale shared details on her recent hospitalisation during her appearance on the chat show.
The actress, 48, was asked by host James, 43, about being hospitalised last month in Las Vegas while shooting her upcoming film Prisoner's Daughter.
'Well, having done eight or nine hundred action movies, I hurt myself putting on a pair of leggings in a hotel room,' Kate revealed.
James said he figured she got hurt while working on an action film and thought she must have fallen off a building.
