The actress, 51, posed for the cover of Women's Health and told how her health goals were motivated by feeling depressed during lockdown.
She said: 'I realised I had to do everything I could to feel good, or that depression thing was going to get the best of me.'

Taraji told how she has long suffered with stomach problems and was eventually diagnosed with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) by a holistic doctor.
The condition occurs when there is an abnormal increase in the overall bacterial population in the small intestine with symptoms including nausea, bloating, abdominal pain and unintentional weight loss.
Her doctor started her on a plant-based diet, which saw her eat mostly vegan, and her health quickly improved.
She said: 'Western medicine saves lives. But it wasn't helping in my situation.'
