The Bachelorette had its first kiss of the season during Wednesday's premiere, with Brooke Blurton smooching Jamie-Lee Dayz hours after reuniting on the red carpet.
The pair, who met on Nick 'The Honey Badger' Cummins' season of The Bachelor in 2018, admitted at the first cocktail party they'd had strong feelings for each other since bonding in the mansion three years ago.
Jamie-Lee, 30, said she 'wanted to kiss' the 26-year-old but 'wasn't going to' out of respect for the other contestants, before Brooke leaned in and told her: 'I had to.'

The kiss took place after the two women discussed their past in the garden, with youth worker Brooke saying: 'I'm going to be honest, it was a complete and utter shock when I saw you on the red carpet.'
'I didn't know if you felt the same way about me,' Jamie-Lee replied.
'There was so many times in the [Bachelor] mansion, where I would like... want to sneak over to your bed. But I didn't know. It was scary.
'If I had have put my feelings out there and you ended up with Nick, then I would have lost you as a friend.'

To Jamie-Lee's surprise, Brooke replied: 'I'll be honest with you, Jamie, I had feelings for you in the house. But I knew that I was there obviously for Nick... I was conflicted.
'I kind of felt that it was a bit of a sliding-doors moment for us, that it was kind of like [a] wrong place type thing.
'I'm so glad that you're here. I think you are as beautiful as the day that I met you.'

Jamie-Lee looked into Brooke's eyes and said: 'I really want to kiss you... but I'm not going to.'
She added: 'Thank you for, like, not friend-zoning me. I know what I want now. I know where I want my future and I think that we have so much in common. I wouldn't have been here if it was anyone else. Just know that.'
As Brooke stared back at her, she couldn't help but lean in for a steamy kiss, telling Jamie-Lee: 'I'm sorry. I had to.'
The pair then came together for another passionate smooch, with Brooke saying afterwards: 'It was pretty hot. I'm feeling so many emotions. I'm excited.'
