Sam Frost may have gone underground after her controversial anti-vax video rant.

But on Wednesday, the 32-year-old former Bachelorette star insisted she's 'really happy' as she resurfaced on social media.

Sam appeared in an Instagram story video posted by co-star Harley Bonner from set of the hit soap, where a fan asked him how Sam was doing during a Q&A session.

'How is Sam Frost?' the fan asked Harley.

He quipped back as he panned the camera towards Sam: 'Find out for yourself!'

In the video, Sam beamed as she snacked on almonds in between scenes.

'Hey! I'm really happy and just eating almonds like a loser,' she said in the clip.

Harley added: 'Almonds are for cool people, we spoke about this!'

On Tuesday, Sam was seen at work on set, filming scenes for the long-running soap at the idyllic Palm Beach.

It comes after Sam deactivated her Instagram account earlier this month, shortly after revealing in an emotional video that she was unvaccinated and her mental health had suffered as a result of other people 'judging' her.

The actress, who has played nurse Jasmine Delaney on Home and Away since 2017, called for less judgement towards unvaccinated Australians.

'I was really hesitant about doing a video or even speaking up about this sort of thing, but I feel like it's getting to a point now in the world where there's a lot of segregation,' she said in the video.

'There's a lot of harsh judgement and opinions being thrown around a lot and it's taking its toll on my mental health for sure, and I know people around me are struggling - particularly if they're on the side of they don't want to get vaccinated, for whatever reason.
