And on Thursday, the 28-year-old actress revealed how she maintains her physique so she is bikini-ready all year round. Speaking to WHO Magazine, Sophie said: 'I don't believe in diets... Life's too short not to enjoy it. If you want a cookie then just eat a cookie.' Secret: Home and Away's Sophie Dillman, 28, has revealed how she keeps in shape all year round without having to restrict her food Sophie explained that when gyms shut during lockdown she started doing workouts with fitness trainer Kate Ivey through her DediKate app. 'There are some great high-intensity 20-minute workouts that fit great into a busy person's lifestyle. I've also been doing online boxing classes, walking my dog and I've even started swimming in the ocean,' she said. Sophie went on to say that she enjoys switching up exercises every few months. 'I don't believe in diets': Speaking to WHO Magazine, Sophie said: 'Life's too short not to enjoy it. If you want a cookie then just eat a cookie' Meanwhile, when it comes to eating, Sophie explained that she can't eat a lot of gluten or dairy as it brings on a lot of pain due to her endometriosis. 'I like to eat a rainbow of food and stuff that makes me feel good. When I don't eat enough, I get hangry and [my boyfriend] Patrick [O'Connor] knows to stay away! So I try and have some healthy snacks on hand to get me through those slumps.' Sophie hired a team of specialists to help her cope with her condition, including a gynaecologist, a physiotherapist and a naturopath.
