His real estate portfolio has seen a few changes in the last few months.

And Gene Simmons added a new property to his estate with the purchase of a sprawling Beverly Hills mansion to the tune of $10.5 million.

Simmons, 72, sold his long-time Beverly Hills home in September before picking up  a massive compound in Las Vegas on his quest to move out of the state of California, only to re-list the Sin City abode due to his lack of interest in the local weather.

The KISS frontman's new home was designed by Swiss architect Design21 with glass, steel, oak wood and concrete overlooking the mountains and valley crevice to the depths of the Pacific Ocean.

Spanning across 7,741-square-feet, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home is two stories and is partially solar powered with roof panels to heat the pool and radiant heated floors.

Scenic views aren't limited to the outdoors as sophisticated designs provide mirrored hallways with an open floor plan, expansive kitchen, dining, living room and a home theater.
