Erika Jayne nearly left the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills under the advice of her attorneys amid the embezzlement scandal with her estranged husband Tom Girardi, she revealed during the RHOBH reunion special.
In part three of the reunion, host Andy Cohen asked the 50-year-old blonde bombshell if she'd thought of 'quitting' and while she explained that her lawyers wanted her to bow out, she was 'not a quitter.'
Elsewhere in the episode, Erika claimed she did not know that her soon-to-be ex was allegedly stealing money from his legal clients.

Jayne has been on the hot seat during the four-part reunion for season 11 over her financial troubles and divorce.
Erika and Tom were named as defendants in a federal lawsuit alleging they stole settlement funds meant for the families of the victims of the 2018 Lion Air crash.
As the case against the Girardi's unfolded, Erika said her own legal team told her to quit the show and stop filming season 11.
'I had nothing to hide. And they said, 'Well, you know, that can get flipped around on you. … Everything can be parsed, twisted, turned, and yes, possibly used against you whether it is true or not. It almost doesn't even matter at this point,' she explained.

Andy probed further: 'Did you ever think of quitting the show?'
'Yes,' she replied. 'But I'm not a quitter, and I wanted to honor my commitment, and I wasn't going to run away from what's coming at me.'
There were many questions throughout the reunion about how much the Pretty Mess star knew about the alleged wrong doings of her 82-year-old estranged husband and his law firm, which is at the center of the scandal.
'I do not work at Girardi & Keese. All the financials are kept there,' Erika replied, referencing the downtown Los Angeles firm founded by Tom, when asked about her knowledge.

Andy also relayed a question from viewer Catherina from Sandy Springs, Georgia, who said, 'I have the $20 million question. Who believes Erika did not know anything about what Tom was doing?'
'I don't think she knew,' said Sutton Stracke, 50, who butted heads with Erika during season 11 of the Bravo show over the embezzlement scandal. 'I never thought she knew,' added Kyle Richards, 52. 'I don't think Tom Girardi told her anything,' said Lisa Rinna,
