Lady Gaga shows off a new murderous side in the second official trailer for House Of Gucci.

The clip, which was released Thursday, gives viewers a glimpse of Gaga, 35, as Patrizia Reggiani in the years after her marriage to Maurizio Gucci, as she hires a hitman to kill him.

The clip emphasizes how awestruck Patrizia is as she's introduced to the wealthy fashion family, even as Maurizio — played by Adam Driver — can't accept her as a Gucci even after they marry.

'Gucci — it was a name that sounded so sweet, so seductive,' Gaga says in voice over as Patrizia makes her first trip with Maurizio to one of the family's estates by the sea.

She is seen arriving at a family lunch featuring patriarch Aldo Gucci (Al Pacino), the eldest son Guccio Gucci, as well as his son Paolo Gucci (an unrecognizable Jared Leto buried under mounds of prosthetics).

After Maurizio introduces her, Patrizia is shocked at the family's violence as she joins a brawl amid a family rugby game.

When Aldo sends Paolo into the game, he catches the ball, only to be tackled to the ground, splitting his lip in the process.

Patrizia and Maurizio are then shown in a romantic montage of their early days as a couple.

They rush into a car as they're pelted by rice after tying the knot, and she's next seen getting to know Aldo and Paolo at another family gathering.

Maurizio is clearly growing tired of all the complications that come from being part of such a large and iconic family.

'I've been a Gucci all my life,' he tells Patrizia with a weary tone. 'It is an empire.'

But she has ideas for how to resuscitate the brand, which is perceived as being too disconnected from current fashion trends.

'You can help the family. Gucci's not exciting and everybody knows it,' she tells him over footage of a Gucci store.

'At least it's my name, sweetie,' he replies defensively.

'Our name, sweetie,' she corrects him as she flashes her massive diamond-encrusted engagement ring.

'Gucci needs new blood,' she declares in a follow-up scene, possibly suggesting herself.

But the other family members, especially Aldo, aren't interested in a change. 'Gucci is what I say it is,' Pacino says defiantly, adding, 'This is not a woman's game. Remember that.'

Gaga lights a cigarette as a way not to respond, but the flick of her lighter is layered over with the sound of a gun being cocked.

'Madness. Who does he think he is?' Patrizia complains to Maurizio, seemingly about Aldo. 'It's time to take out the trash.'

Her revenge seems to take the form of Aldo being arrested for tax evasion in the United States, where he eventually spent a year in prison, though it was his son Paolo who gave the IRS information necessary to catch him.

He gets interrupted while playing a game of squash by a man with a badge.

Jack Huston appears to make his first appearance in a House Of Gucci trailer as his character Domenico De Sole, the former president and CEO of Gucci, tells Patrizia that the fashion house is a 'rare animal' that 'must be protected.'

The trailer also alludes to Paolo's attempts to go solo
