While promoting her book on Fearne Cotton's podcast Happy Place, Holly said: shared: 'I've done this [self-criticism], a lot of this, and particularly as you're getting older when you hit your 40s, things change quite rapidly actually.

'We are heading towards that kind of menopausal time, skin is changing, hair is changing, body's changing - even having had a baby the shape of your body completely changes.

She continued: 'I think that it's really important in those moment rather than look down and go, 'Oh my god, look at everything changing, I'm getting old, I'm getting more wrinkled. Oh my God, my t**s are around my knees.'

'...You got to go, 'Yes my face is starting to sag and my eyes are blood shot and the rest of it', but 'I'm healthy and I'm ok and getting older is a privilege because not everyone else gets to be here'.'

It comes after Holly appeared on Lorraine where she admitted that looking inwards has been a 'painful' process after losing who she was while focusing on her career and being a mum of three.

The presenter - who shares Belle, Chester and Harry with husband Dan Baldwin - confessed that 'shining a light into those dark corners is hard' but wanted to get to know herself again after basing her life on others' expectations.

'That's great, fine doable. But when I'd stop I'd lost a sense of who I was. It was born out of me getting to know myself again. Trusting myself a little more rather than listening to the noise around me.'

But Holly also revealed that it was her time hosting I'm A Celebrity back in 2018 which made her realise that she had some important things to work through.

The presenter said of her time in Australia: 'It was like that moment in Home Alone where 'I made
