The song and dance list for this week's Strictly Come Dancing has been unveiled as the remaining contestants have reached the halfway point of the series.

Hoping to deliver another stellar performance after scoring a perfect 40 last week, Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice are dancing the Samba to Cinema Italiano by Kate Hudson.

Adam Peaty and Katya Jones will dance the Jive to Little Bitty Pretty One by Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers.

The pair narrowly escaped elimination last week as they survived the dance off against Judi Love and Graziano Di Prima.

Meanwhile, AJ Odudu and rumoured beau Kai Widdrington will be dancing the Charleston to Don't Bring Lulu by Dorothy Provine.

Dragon's Den star Sara Davies and Aljaz Skorjanec have been putting in consistently strong performances each week and will be hoping for more success on Saturday with a Quickstep to Dolly Parton's 9 To 5.

Tilly Ramsey and Nikita Kuzmin will be hoping to spice up the dancefloor with a Tango to Kings & Queens by Ava Max.

John Whaite and his professional dance partner Johannes Radebe will perform a lively Rumba to Sting's Shape Of My Heart.

Dan Walker and Nadiya Bychkova currently have the lowest average score of the remaining contestants and will be hoping to change that this week when they dance a Couple's Choice to Classic by MKTO.

Rhys Stephenson and his pro partner Nancy Xu scored an impressive 33 last week and will be looking for another high score as they perform a Quickstep to What A Man Gotta Do by The Jonas Brothers.

Finally, Tom Fletcher and Amy Dowden will take to the dancefloor to perform a Paso Doble to Amparito Roca by Jaime Texidor.
