According to property records obtained by realestate.com.au, the four-bedroom home has only traded hands once in 40 years.
It was originally bought in 1981 for $2.185million by an undisclosed buyer and was later purchased by the late Australian David Coe in 1997 for $14.637million.
Coe was the chairman and managing director of Allco Finance Group.
